The Hotel Aragia is existing since 1962 and has been in the 2nd generation of the family since then.

It is located on the main eastern access road from Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. The center of the Carinthian state capital is around 1.5 km away and can be reached on foot, by car or comfortably by public bus from the bus stop 50 m away.

A limited number of private parking spaces are available on site free of charge. In addition, there are numerous public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity without fees or parking time limits.

ARAGIA - stands for ambience-wanderlust-atmosphere-hospitality-internationality-convenience - but they are also the initials of the founding family.

The interior of the old house was completely renovated in 2009 so that it now belongs to the 4-star category. But of course it didn't stop there. Every year a number of investments are made to modernize the interior of the house and bring it up to the latest standard.

Today the house has 2 lifts (and is therefore barrier-free), a seminar room, a fitness room, a small wellness oasis (with sauna, infrared cabin, relaxation and wet area), a bistro and a terrace. So there is no longer any obstacle to lingering or relaxing after a hard day.

The spacious non-smoking rooms are air-conditioned and have many modern amenities such as flat-screen TV, radio and minibar. Some also have a balcony - preferred by smokers. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas.

In addition to the family room and the 4 junior suites, the first apartment with self-catering options (kitchenette) has now also been available since March 2020.

You can not only do sports in the hotel's fitness room, because the fitness, running and cycling path along the “Glan” begins just a few steps away. All sights of the city of Klagenfurt and the Wörtherlake-Region are within easy reach.
